				Project Details
Keiller Leadership Academy, a charter school within San Diego Unified School District, has completed a Whole Site Modernization across two phases, significantly upgrading instructional, administrative, and recreational facilities to support a safe and modern learning environment.
Key elements of the project include:

New Construction:

A new 14,000 sq ft, two-story classroom building with twelve classrooms (Phase II)

Modernization & Upgrades:

Renovations to the administration building, auditorium, gymnasium, and library
Installation of new HVAC systems, upgraded lighting (interior and exterior), and building controls
Upgrades to restrooms, kitchen, PA system, access control, fire alarm, and telecom systems

Site Improvements:

Enhanced safety and security features
Upgraded playground areas and campus accessibility improvements
