				Project Details
Watkins Environmental completed a large-scale residential abatement and demolition project at the intersection of Vermont Avenue and South Escondido Boulevard. The project consisted of hazardous material abatement prior to the complete demolition of several residential homes, performed in anticipation of a new three-story multi-family development consisting of 26 apartment homes.
The work included the removal and disposal of asbestos and lead-containing materials, followed by the demolition of all residential buildings and structures, including garages, sheds, driveways, property walls, fencing, trees, foundations, asphalt, and concrete.
