In order to set up a proper containment, prior to our team arriving, we will need you to remove all items from the room/areas that are being worked on but those items can be relocated to other parts of the home/space that are not being worked on. For instance, if you’re having your living room worked on, most/all items will typically be moved to the garage. What kind of vehicle will your team be bringing? We will have a company-branded truck that can fit in a common parking space and will need to be available/reserved prior to arrival for our team to bring in and move equipment. What time will you arrive? Typically we’ll arrive at 7:30am to start work at 8:00am. We have some flexibility with start times, so feel free to let our team know if more coordination is needed. Do I need to be at the home or space? Please let us know if you or a person with access will be at the location when we arrive to allow access for our crew. We will require a key or lockbox code in order to get in and out of the building. We’ll keep the key/lockbox code and lock up every day and return the key when the project is completed.
