Lemon Grove Abatement & Demolition Project
Our team recently completed a large commercial demolition and abatement project at
The Terraces, located in Lemon Grove, CA 91945. The project consisted of hazardous material abatement prior to the complete demolition of several businesses, and it was performed in conjunction with KB Home for their newest development of residential homes. At the beginning of the project, we removed and disposed of the asbestos and lead-containing materials, and then completed demolition of the entire site. All buildings and structures, including one office building, one house, and eight metal structures, were deconstructed and removed from the property. All property walls, fencing, and foundations, as well as all asphalt and concrete, were removed as well. This careful,
commercial demolition work was done in order to make the entire project safe and free from asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint.
