New Operations Complex
The project included construction of multiple operational buildings designed to provide updated workspaces and infrastructure for 1st Marine Division personnel. The new facilities support day-to-day command functions while helping strengthen operational efficiency and mission readiness at MCB Camp Pendleton.
Parade Field and Site Improvements
In addition to the new buildings, the project included development of a parade field that provides dedicated outdoor space for formations, ceremonies, training, and other military activities.
