Watkins Environmental undertook a large-scale hazardous material abatement and demolition project in the Allied Gardens neighborhood of San Diego. The project involved extensive abatement of hazardous materials and the demolition of structures across a significant area.

This work was a crucial first step in preparing the site for a transformative redevelopment project, which includes the construction of nearly 1,000 new apartments aimed at revitalizing the area and providing much-needed housing options.
