Allied Gardens Redevelopment Project
Location: Allied Gardens, San Diego, California
Our team recently completed a large-scale hazardous material abatement and demolition project in the Allied Gardens neighborhood of San Diego. The project encompassed the extensive abatement of hazardous materials and the demolition of structures across a significant acreage. This effort was a crucial first step in preparing the site for a transformative redevelopment project. The redevelopment plans include the construction of nearly 1,000 new apartments, aiming to revitalize the area and provide much-needed housing options for the community. Our meticulous approach ensured the safe removal of asbestos, lead-based paint, and other hazardous materials, followed by the complete demolition of existing structures. This prepared the site for its next phase, contributing to the ongoing development and modernization of the Allied Gardens neighborhood.
