The P-262 Fire Station Facility at Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro is being constructed to strengthen emergency response capabilities and support mission-critical operations. The project includes development of a modern fire station designed to meet current safety, operational, and building standards while providing first responders with updated facilities and equipment.
Modern Emergency Response Facility
The new fire station is designed to improve emergency preparedness and response across the installation while supporting daily operations at NAF El Centro. Once completed, the facility will provide firefighters and emergency personnel with a modern workspace that enhances operational efficiency and long-term reliability.
Supporting Federal Construction Projects
Watkins Environmental supports federal and military construction projects with specialized environmental and demolition services. Depending on project requirements, these services can include selective demolition, interior demolition, and commercial demolition to help prepare facilities for renovation and new construction.
