The P-262 Fire Station Facility at Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro is being constructed to strengthen emergency response capabilities and support mission-critical operations. The project includes development of a modern fire station designed to meet current safety, operational, and building standards while providing first responders with updated facilities and equipment.

The new fire station is designed to improve emergency preparedness and response across the installation while supporting daily operations at NAF El Centro.
