Project Details

Grant K-8 School, part of San Diego Unified School District, is undergoing a Whole Site Modernization to expand instructional capacity, improve safety and accessibility, and upgrade both indoor and outdoor learning environments for its growing student body.

Key components of the project include:

• New Construction:
  • A new two-story classroom building to support enrollment growth and provide modern learning spaces
• Modernization & Upgrades:
  • Renovation of existing classrooms to meet current educational standards
  • Upgrades to administrative offices and support facilities for improved operational efficiency
• Site Improvements:
  • Enhancements to campus security and accessibility
  • Improvements to outdoor areas, including new landscaping and recreational spaces to support student engagement and community involvement
