Mar Vista Academy

Project Details

Mar Vista Academy, part of the Sweetwater Union High School District, is undergoing a comprehensive campus modernization. This project includes the construction of new administration and student support buildings, along with a new multi-purpose center to accommodate campus gatherings and services.

The project also focuses on enhancing support for special education with new classroom suites and a life skills room equipped with a full kitchen and laundry area. Additionally, the campus entrance is being redesigned to improve accessibility and campus flow.

Our team was responsible for hazardous material abatement and building demolition as part of this project. We ensured the safe removal of hazardous materials, including asbestos and lead-based paint, from existing structures. Our demolition scope included the complete removal of targeted structures, preparing the site for new construction.
