Poway Affordable Housing Project

Location: Poway, California

Our team recently completed a large-scale commercial abatement and demolition project at a site designated for a future affordable housing development. The scope included comprehensive hazardous material abatement, starting with the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint. Following abatement, we executed the complete demolition of several commercial structures, removing all buildings, parking lots, driveways, walls, fencing, trees, foundations, asphalt, and concrete. This ensured the site was fully prepared for redevelopment, creating a safe and clean foundation for the future project.

The site is being developed into a vibrant residential and commercial hub, including over 200 affordable housing units and extensive retail space. This development will provide much-needed housing options for the Poway community and help create a thriving town center that combines residential living with commercial amenities, offering enhanced services and improved infrastructure to the area.
