Watkins Environmental completed a full interior demolition for the new RF Industries headquarters in Rancho Bernardo, preparing approximately 85,000 square feet of commercial space for a complete office build-out.

Full Commercial Interior Demolition

The project involved removal of interior walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, and other existing finishes to create a clean, open space for the new headquarters design. Watkins Environmental performed the commercial interior demolition needed to prepare the facility for its next phase of construction.

Preparing the Space for a New Headquarters

By removing the existing interior build-out, the project created a blank canvas for RF Industries to develop a modern workspace tailored to its operational and organizational needs.

Supporting Commercial Renovation Projects

For large-scale office renovations and tenant improvements, Watkins also provides selective demolition services that allow specific building elements to be removed while preserving portions of the structure that remain in place.
