As part of a broader campus improvement initiative, San Dieguito High School Academy’s Mosaic Café underwent targeted renovations to improve functionality, accessibility, and the overall dining experience for students, staff, and visitors.

Interior Renovations

The project included upgrades to the café’s serving area, dining room, staff office, and storage areas, creating a more efficient and functional space to support daily operations. Restrooms were also renovated to improve usability and meet current accessibility standards.

Watkins Environmental supports commercial renovation projects with services such as interior demolition and selective demolition, helping prepare existing buildings for renovation while preserving surrounding structures.
