Our team recently completed a large-scale residential abatement & demolition project located in Escondido, CA 92025. The project consisted of hazardous material abatement prior to the complete demolition of several residential homes, and it was performed in anticipation of a new 3 story multi-family development consisting of 26 apartment homes. At the beginning of the project, we removed and disposed of the asbestos and lead-containing materials, and then completed demolition of the entire site. All residential buildings and structures, including garages, sheds and driveways were deconstructed and removed from the property. All property walls, fencing, trees, and foundations, as well as all asphalt and concrete, were removed as well. This careful, residential demolition work was done to make the entire project safe and free from asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint.
